Mat Pilates is a 45-minute class designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and core stability primarily through exercises performed on the floor. Mat Pilates is a popular choice for those seeking a low-impact yet effective way to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.

Barre

Barre fitness is a unique and engaging hybrid workout class that blends elements from various disciplines, creating a comprehensive and dynamic exercise experience. Barre fitness can be a great option for individuals looking for a full-body workout that combines the elegance of dance with the strength and toning benefits of Pilates and strength training. 

Tabata

This 30 min class will utilize a variety of exercises in intervals to increase your aerobic capacity. You will burn a ton of calories, get stronger, leaner and overall healthier. This class is for those who want to take their workout to the next level. Participants can expect to increase overall cardiovascular fitness, endurance and fat loss, without losing muscle mass. Be ready to sweat, and wear athletic shoes that will grip the floor but allow you to move in different directions easily. No two classes are ever the same.
